Job Overview
Perform the role as Retail Sales Associate to handle sales transaction, enrollment and other customer service duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process order transactions via the various payment gateway methods with accuracy and able to handle payment related enquiries.
- Manage daily cash reconcilation (cash float and collected cash sales).
- Handle and process sales exchange and returns
- Handle membership enrollment.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping, pleasant and safe environment.
- Involve in in-house store product demonstrations.
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Able to work retail hours and shift work.
- Relevant experience in customer service and cashiering experience is preferred.
- Good communications and listening skills
Other Information:
- Working location: Jurong East or Chinatown Point
- Working hours from 11.30am to 9pm (Mon-Fri) & 11.30am to 6pm (Sat)
- Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Training and uniforms will be provided
