We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

1. Performs root cause analysis and recommends repairs.
2. Provides customer progress reports at agreed time intervals/milestones
3. Maintains written progress reports (daily night notes) of ongoing equipment repairs
4. Plans, schedules and assigns work
5. Maintains a safe workplace and is responsible for housekeeping, shop cleanliness and orderliness, and reports unsafe conditions
6. Handles all visits by customers who may come to monitor their equipment repairs
7. Prepare all the tools and consumables item list before starting shut down period
8. Doing Pump and Motor alignment using laser machine
9. Keep a photos report to submit to clients for evidence
10. Overhaul Pumps example (screw pump, centrifugal pump, displacement pump and various types.
11. Overhaul blowers with V-Belt and Greece types
12. Change Mechanical seal, bearing, oil seal, check run out of shaft and measurement.
13. Apply PTW Permit to work.
14. Conduct tool box meeting and arrange manpower assign daily job basis
15. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in site project engineering,Oil and Petrochemical or construction execution
2. Knowledge of ROT equipments and able to perform ROT equipment test run (e.g. pump compressor, blower, turbine, thickness gauge, dial gauge, clearance, vibration, temperature, sound, etc)
3. Excellent Knowledge of Autocad, MS office, strength calculations(beams, shafts) and selecting components(geared motors, bearings)
4. Able to converse in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese customer, consultants and Engineer from Japan headquarter
5. Willing to travel overseas
6. Able to work in Jurong Island
7. Short term contract from Jun 2023 – Oct/Nov 2023
