We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job description

Drive Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement to increase test system utilization and increase output productivity at final test across 5 backend sites.

  • Conduct annual goal setting with respective sites.
  • Gap analysis and identification of improvement actions, ownership and implementation time plan with various sites.
  • Regular review OEE improvement action progress status with local teams.
  • Plant visits and production line audits on deployed OEE improvement actions.
  • Benchmarking and cross fertilization of applicable best practices across sites.
  • Share OEE tool knowhow and usage to sites.
  • Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly OEE performance reporting.

Drive and sustain the deployment of inventory and maintenance tracking system for load boards and burn-in boards across 5 backend sites.

  • Review, clarify and prioritize system enhancement change requests.
  • Close follow-up on system enhancement solution delivery and acceptance plan.
  • Educate new key users and organize training sessions.
  • Regular review of deployment status, issues and action plan with various sites.

Drive automated tester gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) policies review, R&R board and software release, deployment and compliance across backend sites.

  • Close monitor of new R&R board, software delivery and validation plan.
  • Harmonize R&R software change requests and application support with vendors.
  • Guide R&R analysis tool and web dashboard usage.
  • Educate new key users about the R&R methodology and policies.
  • Startup support and train OSAT on R&R deployment. 

Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
  • Possess sound knowledge of testing methodology, test system and peripherals, device testing, data collection and analysis.
  • Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to motivate teams, develop team spirit and propose solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Project Management/ MS Project/ Power BI is an advantage.
