We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Senior Finance Assistant. For those of you who live in Singapore and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree & Master's Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project cost schedule
  • Prepare GST submissions and returns
  • Assist with payments via online banking, cheques, TT, and GIRO
  • Monitor and reconcile advance payments for suppliers
  • Prepare credit and debit Notes for suppliers and customers
  • Prepare monthly financial balancing schedules and submit to the Snr Accounts Executive for review
  • Manage staff expenses claims
  • Maintain Site workers clocking system
  • Application and renewals of work passes
  • Assist with MOM survey

Requirements:

  • With Accounting academic and strong analytical skill
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience and some experience in HR management
  • Expose to simple full set of accounts
  • Proficiency in Accounting system
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Good communication and able to relate well both internal & external parties
