Singapore Jobs Senior Project Manager Position at Tencent

Collaborate with teams and members from different countries, geographies and cultural backgrounds to ensure the flow and alignment of project information;
Establish and continuously optimize the collaboration process and methods in game development projects to ensure smooth and stable cross-regional collaboration, and that the quality and progress of execution meet the execution requirements;
Be able to timely find or predict the stuck point problems in the process of project promotion and solve them in time; guarantee the orderly implementation and landing of requirements;
Maintain a certain frequency of business trips between multiple regions, and can promptly guide the resolution of collaboration problems caused by cultural differences and different working methods.

Requirements:

Clear logic, good organization, with cultural tolerance, strong communication skills, good sense of cooperation;
Experience in project management, with multinational project management experience is preferred. Ability to quickly understand and be familiar with the game development process, with the ability to build, promote and optimize the process;
Good technical understanding, with the ability to find and timely problem-solving acumen;
Love games, game experience or experience in the game industry is preferred.
