We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Service Coordinator #Seekbetter. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
- Working Location: Aljunied
- Immediate or Short Notice Preferred
Responsibilities:
- To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
- General administrative works.
- Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time.
- Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
- Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
- Responsible in maintain stock record.
- All other Adhoc works as instructed by the Superior.
Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
