Job Description:-
- Order processing, purchasing and shipment using ERP system
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers
- Liaise with warehouse, insurer, forwarder and bank in preparing the goods for export with the required documents
- Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation
- Maintain record of orders and shipment
- Prepare monthly sales turnover projection
