Representing our client, a start up crypto exchange firm, whom is seeking for a talent acquisition specialist. This would be an instrumental role towards the growth of the organization, and a chance to be pioneering this firm for future HR initiatives :
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company’s recruitment strategy, and formulate recruitment goals and plans according to departmental needs and human resource plans.
- Cooperate with department managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements, formulate recruitment plans and recruitment advertisements.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience and culture fit.
- Establish and maintain recruitment channels and partnerships, including recruitment websites, social media, campus recruitment, etc.
- Develop and execute diverse candidate promotion activities to attract potential talents to join the company.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and salary negotiations with candidates, and work with department managers and HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment indicators and data, provide recruitment reports and suggestions to optimize the recruitment process and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience hiring within fintech/ crypto/ web3 firms preferred
- Strong proficient in mandarin required, as would be required to liaise with China stakeholders
