Job Summary
Execution of MTSU tasks to meet production requests in PP mold/ lenses related issues during their assigned shift
Job Description
- Ensure GMP/ GDP compliance, HSE, Quality and Alcon Corporate policy compliance maintained.
- Support, initiate and execute improvement project in HSE, 5S and MTSU operation processes.
- Resolve low yield, defect issues related to PP molds, inserts and tool plates.
- Execution of MTSU tasks. Example;- PP molds and inserts inspection/ measurement, Inserts and Tool plates set up/ cleaning,
- Data collection/ monitoring/ reporting & documentation, Equipment operation/ maintenance/ calibration.
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Support molding machine vendor during PM, calibration and troubleshooting.
Job Qualification
- NiTEC and above, in Engineering or relevant field
- Working experience in a Gxp manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Able to carry heavy loads
