Our company, Search Index Pte Ltd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as temp admin x 10 ( 5 days work / up to $2,500) (vt) with a contract work system, which domiciled in Singapore and surrounding areas. - Locations: Various locations across Singapore ( Deploy at Singapore Government Agencies)
- Working hour: Tentatively 9am – 630pm, depending on site requirement
- Duration of contract: 6 months – till 31 December 2023 (Min. till end September 2023 at least)

Responsibilities:
- To setup the enrollment stations at site
- Data Entry of the employee’s data into applications and systems
- Assist with Staff Card Printing duties
- Updating and maintaining of systems
- Issuing of pass and miscellaneous duties upon request
Requirements:
- Able to commit till end September 2023 at least
- Computer literate and able to work with hand held devices
- Flexible to travel from site-to-site, based on deployment (Transport reimbursement provided for work related travel)
