We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Singapore and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Vice President of Equity Investment in our business office, ATM Capital.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree & Doctorate (PhD) or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & Corporate Finance/Investment are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 10.000 - SGD 18.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities :
- Industry research: Develop research thesis with Partner’s suggestion, design research scheme and plan, execute research, present research report to our team.
- Networking: Build and expand network of VCs and startups in Indonesia and the region, especially related to E-commerce infrastructure, Consumer brand and Fintech.
- Deal Souring: Proactively source all potential deals in the industries which we are focus on; Evaluate and assess the deals with solid investigation and analysis.
- Deal execution: Prepare research report and present to IC, execute DD with third party when necessary, review and negotiate terms and contracts with associate of lawyer.
Qualifications:
- Passion for consumer industry and new business models
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, good business sensitivity and industry insight, solid industry research capabilities.
- Bachelor degree or above major in Finance, Business or related field, the candidate who had overseas study/work experience will be prioritize;
- 8+ years of relevant experience in VC/PE/ investment banking/enterprise strategic investment or consulting/venture funded startups;
- Proficiency in English is required, fluent Mandarin will be prioritized.
