Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and co-write content for social media with alignment to the company’s brand pillars and business objectives, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update the monthly social media editorial and content calendar
- Social media crisis management and tracking and escalation of reputational threats
- Monitor company presence on social media and provide reports on performance
- Create and implement appropriate strategies to grow site visibility, measured with web traffic metrics (Google Analytics)
- Manage site design and development and website content to deliver a high-quality UX
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization’s website
- Assisting in planning and creating external communications, including videos, podcasts, and web pages
- Onsite optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
- Project Management for external and internal events (Eg. Logistic coordination, planning of EDM, video edits, and onsite support)
Requirements
- 4-5 years minimum experience working in digital marketing, social media, or a similar field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with LinkedIn is preferred
- Experience with creating images/banners, videos, and podcasts.
- Experience in using WeChat would be a plus
- Proficient in business writing and communication skills
- Strong creative and analytical skills
