The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 3.000 to a maximum of SGD 4.000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

About Our Client

The successful candidate will manage the learning calendars and employee participation across various learning programmes, and analyses evaluation scores and post-learning feedback from the employees. He/she assists in talent assessment to identify high-potential talent and implement plans for succession planning. He/she administers the on-boarding processes and supports re-employment programmes.

HR Executive (Construction Industry)

Job Description:

  • Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement, etc.;
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews;
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents;
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters;
  • Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers;
  • Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately;
  • Administer Leave, deductions and claims for workers;
  • Administer workers timesheet;
  • Apply and coordinate training programs;
  • Monthly payroll processing;
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Preferably from construction / manufacturing, industrial sector;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively;
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices;
  • Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in the English Language, both verbal and written.
