Job Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service through hotline calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Process orders using various purchase methods.
• Manage the enrollment process for new customers.
• Generate daily sales reports to verify payment accuracy and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in purchasing merchandise and spare parts.
• Organize and maintain document filing.
• Verify invoices against order forms to ensure accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Dispense products to customers based on their purchases.
• Prepare and pack stock for deliveries and courier services.
• Collaborate with couriers to ensure punctual deliveries.
• Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Reorder stock to replenish inventory as needed.
• Receive and organize incoming stock within the warehouse.
• Offer after-sales service, including product repairs.
• Compile inventory reports to track stock movement.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration
- Strong communication skills in verbally and in written
- MS Office Skills
- Able to work independently and good teamwork
