We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Bukit Timah and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as FP & A Executive (Perm, Town) in our business office, AccountStaff, a Stone Forest Company(EA).

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry!   • Business Decision Support: Partner with business unit to provide market and business insights and assist in providing and reviewing finance-related analysis and recommendations from service providers and/or regional teams, including support business on ad-hoc financial analysis and financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
  • Results Tracking and Reporting: Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review and facilitate discussions on driving revenue, meeting expense targets and implementing more effective operational strategies.  Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentaries on actual versus budget/forecast/prior year variances. 
  • Annual Business Planning: Gather inputs from business units to prepare the annual budgets and forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process; review reasonableness, identify risks and opportunities
  • Prepare ad-hoc presentations for management
  • Oversee regional finance teams
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and requests as required, including support financial reporting and statutory compliance tasks

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or Big 4 audit firm;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle;
  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive would be advantageous.
