Our Client, a European MNC, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager for a 2-year contract position. This role requires a candidate with regional and Compensation & Benefits experience, and the ability to start on short notice. As the HR Operations Manager, you will assist the Regional HR Manager in HR operations and processes and ensuring effective delivery of HR services across APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR services.
- Oversee the administration of HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, recruitment operations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in HR policies, procedures, and practices across multiple locations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies across regions.
- Provide advice and guidance on Compensation and Benefits matters, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and benefits optimization.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations/Generalist work, with regional exposure.
- Experience in in Compensation and Benefits, including salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels and functions.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Available to start on short notice.
