We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, & Master's Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales, we RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as head of sales (mattress) and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Paya Lebar and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 5.000 - SGD 7.000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Benefits Summary:
• Basic $5,00 – $7,00 + AWS + VB + Fixed transport allowance

Responsibilities:
• Grow current business via online market places (Shopee, Lazada, and other online platforms)
• Expand current offline channels, not limiting to Departmental Stores (Takashimaya, Metro, Tangs, Isetan, etc.) and Electrical & Furniture Chain Stores (Courts, Harvey Norman, etc.)
• Plan and execute online marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Participate in various campaigns, promotions, expo/roadshows, etc. to grow brand presence
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotions
• Provide competitors’ analysis and solutions to the management
• Derive pricing and product strategy
• Analyse and develop demand and supply plan
• Lead, supervise and motivate staff to achieve company’s objectives
• Manage and coordinate with the external stakeholders and business partners
• Provide sales and product training to new staff
• Ensure good customer service and after sales service within team
• Work with and together with sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Information:
• MBA/Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Strong organizational and good communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Prior experience working with online market places such as Shopee, Lazada, etc. is a plus
• Offline channel experience with big retail chain stores such as Courts, and Harvey Norman, will be advantageous
• Preferably with experience in Mattress or Furniture market
• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Past experience of managing a sales team is a must
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally.

• Process good attitude towards learning and improving
• Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality
• Good problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and hands on when necessary
• Able to multi-task in a demanding & fast paced environment & work independently
