HR/RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE (SINGAPOREANS ONLY)
5-Day Work Week
Mon-Fri: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
Responsibilities
• Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage on-boarding/departure and full lifecycle of employees
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates is done in accordance with employment
laws and regulations
• Update and manage employee records.
• Liaising with clients in account management
• Oversee daily operations of the HR Department
• Ensuring the employees are complying with the policies of the company
• Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
Requirements
· Diploma or relevant
· 3 years of related working experience in HR/Admin
· Preferably possess CE license but not a must
· Proficiency in Microsoft Email, Words and Excel
· Good spoken and written communication skills
