Role & Responsibilities
- In charge of acquiring new customers and managing existing customer relationships through engagement and strategic account management to grow the company’s customer base.
- In charge of collecting and analyzing sales data, creating weekly reports on sales activities and customer visits, and generating sales forecast reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Performing product demonstrations to display the advantages of the company’s products.
- Meeting with current and potential customers to gather information on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitors.
- In charge of handling customer inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting with any sales-related issues or concerns, including payment inquiries.
- Complete assigned tasks and any additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Only Singaporean
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Sales experience in electronics, retail, or sports-related retail preferred. While experience in sports and outdoor sales is not required, it would be viewed favourably
- Confident, hardworking, well-presented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- The salary for this position will be based on the candidate’s experience
- In addition to the basic salary, there will also be commission, a transportation allowance, and a mobile phone allowance
